Jen electronically catalogs research about the youth work field, provides research assistance to staff and freelance reporters, and compiles five monthly columns: Evaluation Spotlight, Research of Note, Report Roundup, Press Watch and Web Watch. From 1998-2004, she was research director of the Casey Journalism Center on Children and Families at the University of Maryland's Philip Merrill College of Journalism. She holds a B.A. in Communications from Virginia Tech. (Note: Jen recently changed her last name from Moore to Russell.)
