Terms: 30 days from date of invoice; 1 percent interest per month thereafter. Advertisers who fail to comply with frequency contracts will incur a short-rate billing for not using the contracted space.

Advertising Agency: Approved advertising agencies receive 15 percent discount off gross billing on space, color and position if account is paid within 30 days of invoice date.

Contract Regulations Liability: Content of ads (text, representation and illustration) is assumed by advertisers and advertising agencies for any claims arising against publisher. Publisher retains the right to refuse any advertising not in keeping with Youth Today's standards.

Editorial Simulations: Must have prior approval of publisher and must carry "Advertisement" line at top of each page or fractional page.
